We're Hiring: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Location: UCF Health Lake Nona Florida

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday Friday 8am 5pm No Weekends

Were looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team and support our mission of improving lives through exceptional service.

What You'll Do

As a CMA, youll be a vital part of our clinical team, responsible for both administrative and clinical tasks, including:

Greeting and preparing patients for exams

Taking vital signs and medical histories

Collects and prepares laboratory specimens, Performs point-of-care testing in office

Ensures proper forms are signed and dated, such as consent to treat, Advance Beneficiary Notice (ABN) forms, medical releases, and HIPAA forms

Documented results communicated to the patient after physician has reviewed the results, updates medical records

What We're Looking For

Certification: Certified Medical Assistant; current

Experience: 0 + years of relevant experience

Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities

Tech-savvy: Familiarity with eCW systems and basic computer skills
