Job Summary:
Dialpad is an AI-native business communications platform that unifies various communication methods on a single platform. As a Sr. Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for running demos, gathering success criteria, and working closely with Account Executives to present Dialpad solutions to customers.
Responsibilities:
• Own product demonstrations and deliver high-touch proof of concepts.
• Learn the many technical tools the Sales Engineering team uses to test network environments.
• Complete a Sales Engineering Demo Certification.
• Partner with the Enterprise Sales team throughout the entire sales process.
• Provide technical closure in sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI technologies (5-8 years preferred)
• Enterprise-level Sales Engineering experience with a SaaS, UCaaS, or CCaaS company
• In-person demo experience and comfort with public speaking engagements
• Experience working with C-level and Executive-level prospects and customers
• Dabbles in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python
