The UAS Registered Nurse (RN) role focuses on conducting Uniform Assessment System (UAS) evaluations for residents, supporting individualized care planning, Medicaid eligibility processes, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has experience in Assisted Living Programs (ALP) and is committed to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

UAS Certified Registered Nurse (RN) Key Responsibilities:
