Job description

Administrative Assistant Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Essential functions include handling a variety of communications through email, phone, MS Teams, and face-to-face accurately and delivered timely. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Assist in the preparation and generation of local reports. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, mail, etc. Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies. Order supplies as needed. Provide general support to visitors. Handle multiple projects. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Look for and implement ways to improve administrative processes to continuously make them more efficient and effective. Back-up to the Customer Service Representative. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Any other duties assigned by Plant Manager. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of progressive administrative experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality.
