Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry person to join our team in our Goodyear, AZ office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting and managing customer, product, and account data, ensuring its accuracy and security. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse management system and supporting various business operations. Key Responsibilities Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits into the warehouse management system.Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output.Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.Apply data program techniques and procedures.Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations.Scan documents and print files when needed.Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.Comply with data integrity and security policies.Ensure the proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.Cross-department training and teamwork are essential for optimum performance.Perform any other duties required to support business operations and facilities maintenance as occasionally or permanently assigned by Management.
