Two Rivers Supervisory Union is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Physical Therapist to join our educational team for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students access their education and achieve their full potential through high-quality physical therapy services. Position Responsibilities: โ€ข Conduct assessments and evaluations within students' educational environments. โ€ข Provide individualized, evidence-based physical therapy services that support student success. โ€ข Deliver direct therapy services to students as outlined in educational plans. โ€ข Utilize a comprehensive approach to screen, evaluate, and identify student needs. โ€ข Assess and determine service recommendations using the Education Framework for Child Success. โ€ข Develop and implement initial and ongoing treatment plans that support students in achieving their educational goals. โ€ข Participate in case management activities and related assessment services. โ€ข Collaborate with IEP teams to identify and implement strategies that meet the unique educational needs of students. โ€ข Maintain effective communication and strong partnerships with teachers, special educators, related service providers, administrators, and families.
