Job description

Two Rivers Supervisory Union is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Physical Therapist to join our educational team for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students access their education and achieve their full potential through high-quality physical therapy services. Position Responsibilities: • Conduct assessments and evaluations within students' educational environments. • Provide individualized, evidence-based physical therapy services that support student success. • Deliver direct therapy services to students as outlined in educational plans. • Utilize a comprehensive approach to screen, evaluate, and identify student needs. • Assess and determine service recommendations using the Education Framework for Child Success. • Develop and implement initial and ongoing treatment plans that support students in achieving their educational goals. • Participate in case management activities and related assessment services. • Collaborate with IEP teams to identify and implement strategies that meet the unique educational needs of students. • Maintain effective communication and strong partnerships with teachers, special educators, related service providers, administrators, and families.
