Team Development
  • Provide strategic leadership mentoring and developing the next generation of Audit & Assurance leaders, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous growth.
  • Oversee the delivery of structured feedback, professional development initiatives, and leadership training to cultivate a high-performing Audit & Assurance team.
  • Provide strategic oversight to attract, develop, and retain a high-performing Audit & Assurance team built on accountability, collaboration, and professional excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile
