Job description

Venture Dynamics is seeking a skilled and dependable Laborer with a valid Twic Badge to join our team in Mobile, Alabama. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks on our job sites, including loading and unloading materials, operating equipment, and assisting with construction and maintenance projects.

Responsibilities:

- Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles

- Operate equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks

- Assist with construction and maintenance projects

- Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and other hazards

- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Valid Twic Badge

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a laborer or construction role preferred

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds
