Schedule

12-hour Rotating Continental Schedule (2-2-3)

Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Our schedule follows a rotating 2-2-3 pattern, which means you'll work:

  • 2 days on, 2 days off
  • 3 days on, 2 days off
  • 2 days on, 3 days off

The benefit? You'll work approximately half the days each year while enjoying built-in long weekends throughout the schedule.

What You'll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our equipment operating safely and efficiently. Working alongside an experienced maintenance team, you'll troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and continue building your technical skills in a modern manufacturing environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment throughout the facility.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
  • Diagnose equipment issues and safely restore production.
  • Assist with troubleshooting electrical controls and PLC-operated equipment.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and maintenance documentation.
  • Complete welding and basic fabrication as needed.
  • Document maintenance activities in our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Follow all safety procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you have:

  • Mechanical or electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, automotive, military, facilities maintenance, or similar environments.
  • Experience troubleshooting machinery or equipment.
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive, team-first attitude.
  • A desire to continue learning and developing new technical skills.

Experience That Is Helpful (But Not Required)

If you have a solid maintenance foundation, we'll provide opportunities to continue developing these skills.

  • PLC troubleshooting or industrial controls
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Welding and fabrication
  • Reading electrical and mechanical prints
  • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and other industrial safety procedures
  • CPR and First Aid certification
