Job description

We are hiring a Manager of Connected TV (Paid) Marketing to join a top entertainment company in NYC. This freelance position is set to run until April 2027 and will be fully onsite in their NYC office.
  • Pay Rate: $54/HR

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and oversee paid marketing campaigns with direct OTT partners from ideation to media planning and execution to post-campaign recap and analysis
  • Work with the key central marketing teams to identify new marketing tactics to drive engagement, sign-ups, viewership, and first to market opportunities
  • Analyze data provided by OTT device partners and provide recommendations and insights, acting as in-house expert on assigned partners
  • Partner across International Streaming Media Strategy, Program Marketing, Analytics and Organic Marketing teams to align marketing beats, optimize targeting, identify successful tactics, and communicate learnings across teams
  • Work with Director of Connected TV (Paid) Marketing to ensure efficiency across all campaigns, optimizing lines and reallocating spend as applicable to meet goals
  • Help develop creative briefs to guide the marketing creative process and support alignment of internal marketing teams on goals and strategies for content campaigns

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years experience in streaming with an extensive background of planning and developing, deploying, and analyzing campaigns
  • Experience working with CTV (Samsung/Tizen, LG, Vizio, Hisense, etc) and OTT (Amazon Fire TV, Roku) partners
  • Track-record of planning and leading media campaigns and clearly presenting progress and results
  • Understanding of media Key Performance Indicators and how they relate to lifetime consumer metrics
  • Ability to derive significant insights from media campaigns and articulate findings
  • Previous hands-on experience with digital marketing campaign set up and optimization
  • Experience using data and KPI metrics to monitor and measure performance, measure efficiency, and plan ongoing improvements to media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of standard reporting suites (Adobe or Google Analytics) and Excel is a requirement
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to foster strong relationships cross-functionally
  • A data-driven approach to projects, with experience analyzing and reviewing results
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, additional languages a plus

Additional Qualifications:
  • Strong interest in entertainment and media, streaming content
  • Experience in digital subscription services and/or digital retail, e-commerce
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Media agency experience a plus
