The Role and What You'll Do:
TKO is seeking a skilled Digital Coordinator to join the Partnership Marketing team. The Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the execution of commercial digital first programs that deliver value to partners across the TKO Global Partnerships portfolio - specifically UFC and Zuffa Boxing. This role focuses on supporting the digital team in delivering brand partner campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring every output reflects efficiency, innovation, and excellence.
โ€ข Help to develop and execute comprehensive integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
โ€ข Support online campaigns across channels such as email marketing, social media, display advertising, and content marketing
โ€ข Help to manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign performance
โ€ข Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
โ€ข Support content creation for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms
โ€ข Optimize campaign performance, user experience, conversion and click through rates
โ€ข Help to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient execution and delivery, including building media plans and social media strategy and scheduling
โ€ข Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, understanding their needs and objectives to deliver tailored digital solutions
โ€ข Collaborate with internal teams (TKO Global Partnerships Business Development, Partnership Marketing, Production, etc.), brand partners, external agencies, and vendors
โ€ข Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and marketing dashboards

You Have These:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
โ€ข 1-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, online campaign management, media planning, media buying or digital media agency experience
โ€ข Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Emplifi, Google Ad Manager)
โ€ข Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
โ€ข Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
โ€ข Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and optimize project performance.
โ€ข Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice to Have:
โ€ข Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing platforms
