We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and experienced Group Tutor to join our team at a single, dedicated school site. In this role, you will provide vital academic support to elementary students (grades K-6) in an engaging, in-person group setting.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, skilled at managing group dynamics, and committed to helping students build confidence and academic strength in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Group Instruction: Deliver high-quality academic tutoring and enrichment to small groups of K-6 students.
  • Curriculum Delivery: Implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that reinforce core subjects (reading, writing, and mathematics).
  • Group Management: Maintain a positive, organized, and encouraging classroom environment that keeps young learners focused and motivated.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor student progress, adapt instruction to meet group learning needs, and provide constructive feedback.
  • On-Site Collaboration: Work closely with school-site coordinators and classroom teachers to align tutoring efforts with current school curriculum.
Educational Background
