- Completion of any JPME Phase I or II Course (Joint Professional Military Education)
- 10+ Years of Experience of Overall Experience
- 4+ Years of Cyber Operations Management/Analysis/Planning or Similar
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Joint Publication 3-12 (JP 3-12) โ€œCyberspace Operations"
- Demonstrated working knowledge of JP-3 โ€œOperations, and JP 5-0 โ€œJoint Planning.โ€
- Demonstrated experience briefing Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) leadership. *** JOB DESCRIPTION *** - Conduct and support future operations (FUOPS) planning and defensive cyber operations execution and support to the DCDC mission areas.
- Apply the principles of operational art and design in the development of defensive cyberspace planning
- Gather and integrate relevant elements of JIPOE in preparation of cyberspace planning
- Lead teams of diverse stakeholders across the defensive cyberspace community through development of plans that meet Commanderโ€™s priorities, intent and mission
- Author and staff CONOPS and Level 1 through Level 4 plans (Commanderโ€™s Estimates, BPLANS, CONPLANS, OPLANS).
