Attention to detail, time management, and excellent communication are essential soft skills in this role. These qualifications ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translations, which are critical for effective cross-cultural communication.

What is a Turk?

In the context of jobs, 'Turks' often refers to workers on Amazon Mechanical Turk (MTurk), a crowdsourcing marketplace where businesses and individuals can outsource small tasks to a global workforce. These tasks, called Human Intelligence Tasks (HITs), can include data entry, surveys, content moderation, and more. Workers, commonly called 'Turkers,' complete these tasks for payment, making it a flexible option for earning income online. The work is usually task-based and can be performed remotely from anywhere with internet access.
