Breakfast Bistro Attendant โ€“ AM Shift, Tips Included

Courtyard Fargo is looking for a reliable morning person to join our Bistro breakfast team.

This is a steady, team-oriented morning role that is perfect for someone who likes staying busy, working with guests, helping a small team, and being done with work before the afternoon.

Pay: $14.00/hour + pooled tips
Average total earnings with tips: approximately $17.50โ€“$18.50/hour
Hours: Approximately 18โ€“24 hours per week, based on availability, occupancy, and business needs
Pay increase opportunity after 90 days

Schedule:
Weekdays: 6:00 AM, typically out by 10:30โ€“11:30 AM
Weekends as needed: 6:30 AM, typically out by 10:30โ€“11:30 AM
Weekday morning availability required
Rotating weekend availability preferred

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Help run breakfast service

  • Take guest orders and assist at the register

  • Make coffee drinks and assist guests

  • Help with simple food prep and TurboChef items

  • Restock, clean, and reset the Bistro

  • Jump between stations depending on business flow

  • Support the team with setup, cleanup, and closing breakfast duties
