Hot Tuna is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an elevated, high-end dining experience. Responsibilities:
• Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and overall ambiance
• Lead, train, and motivate a professional, guest-focused team
• Foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving concerns promptly
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and cost controls
• Collaborate with ownership on promotions, events, and business growth initiatives
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (upscale dining preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Professional, polished, and hospitality-driven mindset
• Ability to multitask and perform in a high-volume environment
