You believe technology should make people's jobs better, not harder, and you're energized by the challenge of making that happen. You're humble, curious, and just as comfortable presenting to a C-suite executive as you are walking a production line. You thrive in fast-moving environments, take ownership of what you build, and genuinely care about the customers you work with.
What skills or experience do I need?

  • Experienced in Operations Technology, including MES, ERP, or similar systems; architecting and implementation experience is a strong plus
  • Experienced in system and device integration in the manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record leading Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives; ability to walk a shop floor and identify opportunities
  • Strong project management, organization, and communication skills - written and verbal - with experience managing enterprise-level engagements
  • 25% travel expected within North America
  • BS in Engineering or similar field
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with customers to deeply understand their operational challenges, goals, and success criteria - supporting solution architecture for their specific processes
  • Work side-by-side with customers and partners to develop, configure, and implement Tulip solutions
  • Support delivery of enterprise-level customer projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships across customer organizations, from the shop floor to the C-suite
  • Provide ongoing technical support to customers, diagnosing issues and driving resolution with urgency and care
  • Leverage knowledge of OT/IT systems (MES, ERP, device integration) to guide customers through complex implementation decisions
  • Serve as a consistent voice of the customer internally - surfacing insights, patterns, and feedback to Product and Engineering teams
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes, playbooks, and delivery frameworks
Key Collaborators
  • Account Executives
  • Customer Success Managers
  • PreSales Engineering
  • Product Management & Engineering
