Position Overview
The Operations Specialist serves as the operational backbone of Tuckernuck's Flagship store, ensuring that all the behind-the-scenes processes run efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company standards. This role is responsible for supporting daily store operations so that the sales floor is consistently prepared for success.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner with the Stock Manager to ensure inventory is processed within expected timelines and prioritized correctly for the floor
- Support floor sets and floor refreshes by ensuring inventory is floor-ready (steamed, tagged, prepped)
- Support daily operational tasks such as RTVs, transfers, and operational checklists as assigned
- Maintaining a clean, efficient, compliant stock room and organization during peak delivery periods
- Communicate issues promptly and track resolutions through completion
- Assist with inventory-related projects including counts, audits, and seasonal transitions

Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and consistency
- Strong task ownership and follow-through
