Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what's right. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed - with urgency. As a Trust and Safety Analyst focused on developer experience programs and ecosystem success, you will play a pivotal role in enabling developers to build, publish, and scale safe applications across the broader ecosystem. Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize programs that empower developers to successfully publish safe applications and thrive across the broader app ecosystem.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, and policy to drive alignment and successfully launch ecosystem programs.
  • Design and implement scalable, AI-driven workflows and automated tooling to elevate safety protections while maintaining a streamlined experience for developers.
  • Develop processes to support developers in meeting Android developer verification requirements and seamless onboarding into ecosystem programs.
  • Analyze program performance and trends to continuously improve developer experience and ecosystem trust.
