Join Our Team as a Trust Operations Specialist!

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working behind the scenes to support exceptional client service? Commercial Bank & Trust is looking for a Trust Operations Specialist to join our Trust team!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with accounting information, problem-solving, and being part of a collaborative team.

What You'll Do

As a Trust Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our Trust Department by:

  • Processing trust and investment transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Reconciling accounts and maintaining financial records.

  • Assisting with payments, wire transfers, and scheduled account transactions.

  • Supporting investment activity and account maintenance.

  • Working with trust officers, investment advisors, and other team members to ensure exceptional service.

  • Helping maintain accurate records while following bank policies and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.

  • Two or more years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting preferred

  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliations, and general ledger transactions is a plus

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles or financial reporting

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and collaborate.
