Job description

About Us

Array Labs is building the world's most advanced earth observation satellites.

Traditional satellite imagery is flat, slow, and expensive. Array is different. We're developing a coordinated fleet of radar satellites that creates a continuously updated, high-resolution 3D view of the Earth, in any weather, day or night.

We design and build our satellites end-to-end, from the hardware in orbit to the software we use to process the data on the ground.

Our goal is to give government and commercial organizations, in disaster response, defense, infrastructure and environmental monitoring, telecommunications, and beyond, a faster, clearer picture of a changing world, allowing them to act with greater speed, confidence, and precision.

About the Job

Array Labs is seeking a full-time Office Manager to serve as the operational heart of our headquarters, on-site, five days a week. You will own everything that makes our office a great place to work, from managing facilities and vendors to coordinating team events. This role is ideal for someone who takes genuine pride in creating an exceptional workplace experience and finds satisfaction in making an organization run smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all office operations, including facilities, vendors, building management, and day-to-day office needs
  • Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and welcoming office environment, proactively managing supplies, equipment, and services
  • Plan and execute team events, company off-sites, all-hands logistics, and recurring office celebrations
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics, including desk setup, office access, welcome kits, and first-day experience
  • Manage meeting room scheduling, visitor management, catering, mail, and package handling
  • Coordinate office visitors (candidates, vendors, investors), including greeting and welcoming guests, conducting office tours, etc.
  • Oversee ongoing maintenance, janitorial service, and as-needed repairs in the office

Basic Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in office management, administrative assistance, or workplace operations
  • Available to work on-site five days a week
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Warm, proactive communicator who takes initiative and follows through
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and workplace tools, such as Slack
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to access ITAR-controlled environments

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience in office management at a startup or high-growth technology company
  • Proven track record in planning company events, off-sites, or team programming
  • Familiarity with facilities management, office space planning, or office build-outs
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating office service contracts
  • Comfort with expense management tools, such as Ramp
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Strong sense of ownership and proactive nature
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, mission-driven organization
  • Enthusiasm for Array Labs' mission and curiosity about the aerospace industry

Compensation & Benefits

Our hiring and compensation strategy is simple: find uncommonly good people and pay them uncommonly well.

We offer high flexibility between salary and equity-based compensation. Final candidates can choose from three compensation mixes: low, medium, or high equity. Equity is a significant component of total compensation, and we aim to provide meaningful ownership for this role.

Full-time employees also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, commuter benefits, and more.

Interview Process

We will conduct interviews via Google Meet with the potential for an onsite visit; the typical process takes around 3-5 weeks to complete from start to finish.

Why Join Array

At Array Labs, deep technical expertise meets relentless impact. We prioritize curiosity over hierarchy and bold engineering over incremental gains. Our world-class team across hardware engineering, software, and aerospace works collaboratively to push boundaries and move fast.

Our values:

  • Build What Matters: Create technology that serves customers and advances humanity
  • Innovate Together: Stay curious, collaborate openly, push boundaries as one team
  • Employee Centric: Put our people first with a culture of trust, respect, and opportunity

Join industry-leading experts to deliver unprecedented insights about our planet and build the future of Earth observation.

ITAR Requirements

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Equal Opportunity Employer

Array Labs is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
