Position Overview

Array Wellness Center PC is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote role. The LCSW will provide essential clinical support to clients with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, facilitating their recovery and enhancing their overall well-being. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with a diverse clientele experiencing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, providing tailored interventions that meet the unique needs of each individual.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to determine clients’ needs and progress, ensuring access to appropriate care and linked services.
• Establish and maintain positive rapport with clients and co-workers to foster a trusting therapeutic alliance vital for effective treatment.
• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans, ensuring each client receives focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services appropriate to their presenting issues.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings aimed at enhancing service delivery and coordination across various providers.
• Provide crisis intervention and management, responding promptly and effectively to clients’ urgent needs in both office and community settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation regarding client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes to adhere to ethical guidelines and organizational standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees to continuously refine and enhance agency services.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including the identification and reporting of any unsafe situations impacting clients or staff.
• Engage in professional development activities and peer supervision to hone clinical skills and foster personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will work primarily with adults in crisis, often facing prolonged struggles with mental health challenges. The clients come from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds and include individuals engaging in detoxification programs or seeking supportive mental health care to navigate complex life situations. Our goal is to provide emotional support and effective therapeutic interventions that empower clients to manage their mental health effectively.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker.
• Expert knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities, adept at managing a caseload while ensuring clients’ needs are met efficiently.
• Competency in addressing age-related or specialty issues pertaining to our diverse patient population.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience working with clients facing significant mental health challenges.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and integrated care models.
• Experience in crisis intervention and adjustment to treatment in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
