Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and craft tailored treatment plans that facilitate their journey toward healing.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques during secure virtual therapy sessions, accommodating the diverse needs and preferences of each client.
• Foster a strong therapeutic alliance by collaborating with clients to set realistic and meaningful therapeutic goals, while providing ongoing support and encouragement.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, personalizing your approach based on individual client circumstances and treatment objectives.
• Document therapy sessions and client progress accurately and promptly in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all notes are up to date and compliant with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will support come from varied backgrounds and face an array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By employing a client-centered approach, you will help individuals navigate their emotional and psychological struggles while promoting resilience and self-efficacy. Your work will be instrumental in facilitating positive outcomes that contribute to our overarching goal of improving mental health care accessibility.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• An advanced degree (Master’s or Doctoral) in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients in a remote setting, establishing trust and a safe therapeutic environment.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity while addressing the unique experiences and challenges of clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively, balancing a caseload while maintaining thorough documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in telehealth or remote counseling environments, demonstrating proficiency with virtual platforms and technical tools.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting providing therapy services to a diverse population.
• Specializations in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 per year, based on your caseload and level of experience.
