This is an assembler position where you'll build roof and floor trusses for contractors and homeowners, integrating cutting-edge robotic technology and automation into your daily work!. Defining the Role:
  • Operate and monitor automated truss-building machinery, ensuring precise positioning of pre-cut boards according to blueprint specifications.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs & climb up and down from heights between 2.5-3 ft repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Basic Mathematical Skills.
  • Follow Line Leaders' Instructions.
  • Place metal reinforcement plates over connecting joints.
  • Swing a hammer to connect parts at joints.
  • Perform quality checks, verify dimensions and accuracy of robotic assembly before moving trusses to the stacker.
  • Always maintain a safe and neat work area at all times.
  • Other Duties as Assigned.
