Job description

We are hiring Truss Builders to join a busy production team in St. George, Utah. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with tools, and being part of a fast-paced team.


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $17–$18/hour (OT Available)
Location: St. George, UT


Job Duties:

  • Assemble wood trusses according to specifications and production requirements
  • Measure and cut lumber accurately using a tape measure
  • Use basic hand and power tools, including saws and nail guns
  • Position lumber and truss components for assembly
  • Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality


Qualifications:

  • Previous construction, framing, carpentry, truss building, or production experience is a plus
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure
  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
  • Able to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
