Enjoy working with high-quality products, delivering excellent customer service, and being part of a friendly, supportive workplace.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and outstanding customer service while fostering positive interactions.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately, following company policies and procedures.
  • Possess basic DIY skills and familiarity with hardware and home improvement products.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Be available for morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts, with flexibility for short-notice schedule changes.
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, and remaining active for extended periods.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk throughout the store while handling merchandise up to 40 pounds.
  • Perform daily cleaning duties to company standards, ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming store environment.
  • Safely operate store equipment, including electric/manual hand jacks, floor scrubbers, key machines, cutting tools, and ladders.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multi-task efficiently.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field preferred.
