We're looking for someone with an eagerness to learn and production, carpentry, construction or repair experience to join our dynamic team and help us continue producing world-class boats.
JOB SUMMARY:
Performs any combination of various tasks such as cutting carpet, installing livewells, tanks, wiring and wiring systems, electrical panels, instrumentation, lights, steering, trim, rails, seats, doors, cutting fuel and water hoses, building trolling, distributions and stereo harnesses per drawings supplied, troubleshooting wiring systems, etc. to ensure proper assembly of the finished product is correct and is working properly.
JOB DUTIES:
  • Will be required to use utility knife, air-powered drills, screwdrivers, grinders, mini-saws, staplers, and pop rivet guns to install necessary parts
  • Be able to follow detailed instructions and drawings to assembly wiring kits
  • Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order
  • Promote and maintain 5S and TVP standards
  • Keep work area clean
  • Any other duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to perform walking, standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling for 10+ hours a day
  • Work overtime as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in heat
  • Ability to work around dust, chemical, and fiberglass particles
  • Manual dexterity
  • Use of air powered hand tools for 10+ hours per day
  • Good coordination
  • Have good quality habits
  • Have good attendance habits
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately
