You answer their call or email, confirm the right part, share product guidance, enter the order flawlessly, and make sure they know exactly what to expect next. Thatโ€™s the heartbeat of this role.

Your mission
  • Guide customers through parts selection and purchasing for marine electronics, with emphasis on trolling motors.
  • Handle inbound communications onlyโ€”no outbound cold calling.
  • Provide concise technical advice and accurate product information.
  • Process orders with precision and document all call details in the system.
  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service that builds loyalty.
  • Contribute to team goals and departmental objectives.
Work style and environment
  • Small, welcoming office culture that values collaboration and clear communication.
