Your mission
- Guide customers through parts selection and purchasing for marine electronics, with emphasis on trolling motors.
- Handle inbound communications onlyโno outbound cold calling.
- Provide concise technical advice and accurate product information.
- Process orders with precision and document all call details in the system.
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service that builds loyalty.
- Contribute to team goals and departmental objectives.

Schedule, flexibility, and compensation

- Flexible working hours within 7:00 a.m.โ5:30 p.m.
- Optional Saturday overtime or extended hours during peak periods.
