What you will be doing:
  • Empty trash bins, collect and remove waste from the floor and work surfaces, separate recyclables and properly dispose of grease.
  • Run the commercial grade dishwasher, including using the sink sprayer, a lever-operated washing unit and a drying station.
  • Manually clean a variety of surfaces, including scrubbing debris off pots and wiping down surfaces.
  • Additional support kitchen staff, as needed.
