Requirements
Essential Functions
  • Follow procedures to fuel CDL required vehicles. Fuel on company property only.
  • Wash, scrub, polish, and detail vehicles and equipment.
  • Perform preventative and light maintenance such as painting, install/repairs to building, grounds, and building equipment.
  • General clean duties such as gathering and emptying trash, service, cleaning, and supply restrooms. Clean building floors. Sweep outdoor walkways, trim vegetation or grass. Keep grounds free of litter and weeds.
  • Maintain a safe working environment. Place unused tools and equipment in designated areas.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to work independently over long periods of time within the scope of established rules and regulations.
  • Ability to determine the type of tool and equipment needed to do a job.
  • Ability to watch gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
  • Ability to safely fuel vehicles.
  • Ability to identify, gather/analyze information, exhibit sound and accurate judgement and make timely decisions.

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years old.

Other Requirements
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and substance abuse testing.
