Supervisor de Concreto – Construcción Comercial | Aguadilla, Puerto Rico

RQ Construction está buscando un Supervisor de Concreto con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo de Self-Perform Operations en Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Si tiene experiencia en construcción comercial y disfruta liderando equipos en proyectos dinámicos, ¡queremos conocerlo!
 
Responsabilidades
  • Supervisar las operaciones diarias de concreto y carpintería estructural.
  • Coordinar personal, materiales y equipos.
  • Supervisar la instalación de encofrados, cimientos, muros, losas, escaleras, rampas y otros elementos estructurales.
  • Garantizar que el trabajo se realice de forma segura, con calidad y conforme al cronograma del proyecto.
  • Interpretar planos estructurales y arquitectónicos.
Requisitos
  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en trabajos de concreto comercial y sistemas de encofrado.
  • 2 años o más de experiencia como Capataz o Supervisor.
  • Experiencia con muros de concreto y sistemas de apuntalamiento para losas elevadas.
  • Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos de construcción.
  • Dominio de español e inglés.
  • Certificación en RCP (CPR) y Primeros Auxilios (o disposición para obtenerla).
  • Se prefiere experiencia en proyectos gubernamentales, militares o comerciales de gran escala.

RQ Construction is looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to join our Self-Perform Operations team in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. If you have a strong background in commercial concrete construction and enjoy leading crews on fast-paced projects, we'd like to hear from you.
 
What You'll Do
  • Supervise daily concrete and structural carpentry operations
  • Coordinate crews, materials, and equipment
  • Oversee formwork, foundations, walls, slabs, stairs, curbs, and other structural concrete work
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and plans
What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of commercial concrete/formwork experience
  • 2+ years of Foreman or supervisory experience
  • Experience with vertical wall forming and elevated slab/shoring systems
  • Ability to read construction drawings
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • CPR/First Aid required (training available)
  • Government or large commercial construction experience is a plus
