Job description

JOB SUMMARY

As an employee of Trinity Health System, it is the responsibility of this and all positions within the Hospital to support the mission and role of Trinity Health System. In addition, this position will actively support the Hospital's Strategic Plan in the areas of People, Service, Quality, Finance and Growth in a team based environment. The employee also performs all job duties in compliance with laws and regulation in the observance of accrediting agency standards. The Nursing Assistant promotes quality patient care through the application of basic care and assisting the Professional Nurse. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, he/she strives for excellence in customer service. The Nursing Assistant assists in the maintenance of a safe, clean environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

a-High school diploma orย equivalent.

Training and Experience

a-State tested Nurse Aide certification required.

a-BLS provider or obtain within 3 months of hire.
