Position: Adjunct Professor

Job Description:

The Business Division is looking for an adjunct instructor or instructors to teach Personal Tax (undergraduate), Tax Management and Strategy (graduate-CFP), Capstone in Financial Planning (graduate-CFP), and Corporate Tax (graduate), beginning September 1, 2026.

Format:

Elms College uses Moodle, Google Workspace, and Zoom for advising. Course sizes are small, typically fewer than 20 students per class.

Duties/responsibilities:

Instructors will be responsible for:

  • Preparing course plans and materials
  • Delivering courses
  • Monitoring progress/attendance
  • Recording midterm and final grades and submitting assessment reports as requested

Application Requirement:

Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field with experience in teaching accounting is required. CPA and or CFP certification desired.
