Job description

JOIN TEAM TRILOGY
The Trilogy Flex Force Coordinator will assist with and support all aspects of the Flex Force delivery strategy. They will support a team of fulltime
clinical professionals (may include RN, LPN, CRMA, CRCA) and coordinate ongoing activities including onboarding, scheduling and payroll.
The ideal candidate will support a combined local and remote team for clinical positions throughout the organization. This position will report
directly to the Director, Trilogy Flex Force.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Job Summary
The Trilogy Flex Force Scheduler is responsible for the consi
stent and accurate execution of workforce
operations, including onboarding, scheduling, payroll, compliance, and employee support. This role
ensures all processes are completed on time, aligned with company standards, and deliver a high-quality
experience for Flex Force employees and operational partners.
Roles and Responsibilities

โ€ข Executes the Trilogy Way Onboarding process, ensuring a seamless, organized, and welcoming
new hire experience.
โ€ข Coordinates orientation schedules, assignments, system access, and required onboarding
materials.
โ€ข Provides hands-on support to employees using onboarding and scheduling tools (e.g., SmartLinx
Go).
โ€ข Serves as a frontline resource for employee questions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
โ€ข Collaborates with the Trilogy Flex Force Manager to support employee engagement initiatives,
including recognition programs, events, and surveys.
โ€ข Administers workforce scheduling activities, including shift assignments, accommodations, PTO
requests, holiday rotations, shift trades, schedule monitoring, and communication of schedule
changes to ensure appropriate staffing levels and fulfillment of required weekly hours.
โ€ข Administers time and attendance and payroll processes, including attendance tracking, review of
punches and time records, payroll reconciliation, labor allocation verification, reporting, and
resolution or escalation of discrepancies as appropriate.
โ€ข Maintains accurate and compliant employee records, including personnel and medical files,
licensure and certification documentation, and vaccination and training records, in accordance
with regulatory requirements and company policies.
โ€ข Tracks and follows up on required training, continuing education, licenses, and certifications to
ensure ongoing compliance and timely renewal.
โ€ข Generates and reviews workforce, payroll, and time and attendance reports, escalating concerns
as needed.
โ€ข Maintains inventory of uniforms, onboarding materials, and operational supplies.
โ€ข Provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to Flex Force staff and leadership.
โ€ข Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Highschool Diploma/DED preferred
Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during
working hours. Must be able to lift at least 20lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written
communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all
business associates outside of the health campus.
