Geriatric Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physician needed in Vermont!

Join the biggest community hospital in Vermont, and the second largest hospital in the state.

Seeking an IM or FP MD to work full-time at two local nursing homes. The staff will consist of one MD, and two APPs. This position is an employed position with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The group currently employs over 35 Providers at 6 Medical facilities, which collectively provide over 90,000 outpatient visits annually.

Looking for a Physician who enjoys working with a high degree of autonomy and leadership to oversee the program. 
 
In addition to the primary care offices, the organization provides a network of Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Dental practices. It utilizes an integrated Electronic Medical Record and Practice Management system. 
 
This is a new, employed position created within the  group. There will be no outpatient component. 
 
Week day job with set shifts and a possibility of some weekend call.
