Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time time position working out of our Indianapolis branch. We are looking for an individual with previous building materials knowledge, who can develop strong relationships with new and current customers. This individual should be a competitive self-starter, and comfortable interacting with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and manage account relationships.
  • Market, service, and promote Tri-State products and services.
  • Establish and maintain customers.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and internal team members.
  • Effectively use systems and strategies for client prospecting and pipeline management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and adequate service levels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred NOT required.
  • Previous sales experience preferred.
  • Building material knowledge preferred not required.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and sales drive.
  • Stong communication skills
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills with a self-starter mentality.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
