Textio wins dozens of awards and places on well-known lists every year, and now we're looking for someone to help us take it to the next level!

Do you want an opportunity to build on a strong communications foundation and sculpt a PR strategy that excites the press and impresses our customers? This role has serious development potential. Working closely with our Senior Director of Communications & Data Insights, you will create strategic storytelling initiatives that drive our brand and category narrative using customer and industry data insights.

What you'll be doing:
  • Lead all aspects of our communications and public relations activities with a goal of building our brand as an industry innovator and leader
  • Manage media and analyst relationships, develop creative pitches, coordinate our speaking and awards calendars, write blogs and social content, and drive product announcements
  • Develop creative PR and content plans that support primary business goals and establish relationships with top tier press outlets
  • You'll feel comfortable diving into Textio's rich data sets to craft narratives that are compelling to the media and to our community of customers, advocates, and influencers
  • As part of the communications and data insights team, you will also work closely with the full team to generate fresh ideas and develop new narratives to bring to market.
  • You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to decide which narratives will empower those teams to be more successful

  • You're comfortable with being analytical and metric-driven, eager to learn new skills and technologies to generate content for pitching
  • You have a strong point of view and low ego
