Lo Que Harás Como Técnico de Mantenimiento de Paisajes:
  • Realizar mantenimiento de paisajes de alta calidad, incluyendo cortar césped, bordear, podar, recortar y retirar escombros.
  • Operar y mantener equipos de jardinería comercial de manera segura y eficiente.
  • Asegurar que las propiedades cumplan con los estándares de limpieza y apariencia de nuestra empresa.
  • Seguir prácticas de trabajo eficientes para maximizar la productividad y minimizar el tiempo no facturable.
  • Trabajar en equipo para completar los servicios programados a tiempo.

Lo Que Necesitas Para Tener Éxito:
Experiencia en mantenimiento de paisajes (se prefiere, pero no es obligatorio; ¡entrenamos a la persona adecuada!)
Ética de trabajo fuerte y confiabilidad: ¡nuestro equipo depende de ti!
Capacidad para trabajar al aire libre en diversas condiciones climáticas.
Gran atención al detalle: te enorgulleces de hacer un buen trabajo.
Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar eficientemente en equipo.
Debe ser capaz de levantar 50 libras y caminar arriba y abajo por colinas y escaleras sin asistencia.

Compensación y Horario:
Pago Base: Comienza en $23.58 por hora
Conductores Aprobados: Comienzan en $26.00 por hora, con oportunidades de ganar hasta $27.50 por hora
