We are looking for Senior Manager of Treasury Operations, who will lead the team responsible for cash, middle office, trade finance and banking operations. This position will report to the Director of Treasury Operations and will help form the team, define roles and responsibilities, and set the operating standards that will govern how treasury delivers at scale.
What you'll be doing:
  • Owning the full daily treasury operations cycle - wire approvals, cash positioning, funding decisions, and ensuring every transaction settles accurately.
  • Leading a team that settles all our FX and Investment transactions as well as oversees activity in each bank account
  • Responsible for all operational exceptions, counterparty disputes, and time-sensitive funding decisions, partnering closely with Finance, Legal, Tax, and external banking partners
  • Identifying and coordinating trade finance coverage requirements like guarantees and letters of credit - across all finance partners to ensure exposure is understood and appropriately covered.
  • Maintaining full SOX compliance across treasury operations, preparing and owning audit results, and ensuring internal controls are documented and implemented

What we need to see:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 12+ overall years of experience in treasury operations, corporate finance, or closely related financial operations function
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience directly leading all aspects of treasury operations or cash management teams
  • Proven track record of owning daily operations at scale - multi-currency wire management, cash positioning, and settlement across high transaction volumes
  • Experience managing banking relationships and entity-level documentation across a sophisticated global account structure
  • Ability to make fast, high-stakes decisions under time pressure and share the results with senior executives

Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Experience working in treasury at a large-cap technology company or comparable corporate environment with global cash flows
  • Deep understanding of bank products, regulatory requirements and payment systems
  • Familiarity with SAP, FXAll, FIS, or similar enterprise treasury and trading platforms
  • Exposure to treasury workflow tooling or treasury management systems (TMS) requirements building and implementation

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
