The Deposit and Treasury Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities that support deposit services, treasury management, payment processing, and related client support functions. This role ensures work is completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, service level expectations, and risk management standards. The Supervisor provides leadership, coaching, and day-to-day guidance to team members while partnering with internal departments to improve processes, strengthen controls, and deliver exceptional service to clients and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily deposit and treasury operations activities to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of transactions, maintenance requests, client support items, and operational exceptions.

· Lead, coach, and develop team members by assigning work, monitoring performance, providing training, and supporting continued professional development.

· Oversee deposit operations functions, including account maintenance, exception item processing, adjustments, reconciliations, stop payments, returned items, research requests, and operational reporting.

· Provide operational oversight for treasury services, including ACH, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, positive pay, account analysis support, online banking administration, and other cash management services.

· Monitor processing queues, daily reports, exception items, and service level performance to identify issues, prioritize work, and escalate concerns when appropriate.

· Review and approve transactions, maintenance requests, treasury service setups, and operational exceptions within assigned authority limits.

· Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, rules, and internal requirements, including BSA/AML, OFAC, NACHA rules, funds transfer requirements, Regulation E, and bank deposit policies.

· Maintain and update department procedures, job aids, checklists, and controls to support consistent execution, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.

· Partner with branch operations, commercial banking, treasury management sales, client service, compliance, risk, audit, information technology, and vendors to resolve issues and improve workflows.

· Assist with audits, examinations, risk assessments, business continuity planning, system testing, new product implementations, and special projects.

· Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk, enhance client experience, and strengthen operational controls.

· Serve as a subject matter resource for deposit and treasury operational processes, systems, products, and exception resolution.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.

· Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in banking operations, deposit operations, treasury operations, cash management, or a related financial services role.

· Prior supervisory, team lead, training, or workflow coordination experience required.

· Working knowledge of deposit products, treasury management services, ACH, wires, check processing, exception processing, reconciliations, and digital banking support.

· Knowledge of applicable banking regulations and rules, including BSA/AML, OFAC, NACHA, funds transfer requirements, and deposit compliance expectations.

· Strong understanding of operational risk, internal controls, audit requirements, and procedure documentation.

· Proficiency with core banking systems, treasury management platforms, Microsoft Office applications, reporting tools, and related operational systems.


Work Location Requirement This position is designated as remote; however, if you reside within a 50-mile radius of one of our office locations, the role will be considered in-office and not eligible for remote work.
