Position Overview:

  • The role of Treasury Management Implementation Specialist is to process both new and existing customer TM product implementations.

  • Accuracy is critical to the creation of customer agreements, which are required for implementation.

  • Excellent communication skills are also required, as customer training is a large component of the position.

  • Prepare Treasury Management documents/agreements and implement appropriate services for new and existing customers.

  • Conduct customer trainings (on site and phone) and installations throughout the Wintrust footprint.

  • Assist with TM Support calls and maintenance as needed.

  • Prepare product documentation and implement additional accounts and services for customers.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years financial services or banking experience required

  • Treasury Management experience preferred

  • Excellent communication skills required

  • Accuracy, attention to detail and professionalism required

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $20.00 - $26.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
