Job description

Summary

Treasury Management Sales Consultants are trusted advisors to FirstBank business clients, relationship managers, and local leadership. This position will work closely with clients to understand their financial operations, tailoring solutions to optimize their cash flow and minimize risk. A successful candidate will ensure excellent customer experience, while growing bank revenue through the sales of cash management products and services. Collaboration with FirstBank relationship team and lines of business is critical.


This position will support the Georgia market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for new sales and portfolio growth goals of Treasury Management products and services
  • Maintain knowledge of industry topics and pain points
  • Develop client relationships as a trusted advisor, recommending value-added services
  • Partner with assigned Treasury Management Specialist to provide exceptional client servicing
  • Analyze business structure and pricing
  • Prepare proformas and presentations
  • Demonstrate products and services to prospective clients
  • Support onboarding of new TM relationships
  • Track sales activities and timelines to ensure deliverables are on-time during onboarding
  • Support Relationship Managers and branches in their sales efforts of TM product and services

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

  • Previous Treasury Management experience preferred
  • 5+ years previous banking experience required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Understanding of receivable and payment processes
  • Self-motivated with time management skills
  • Customer service/problem resolution experience required
