Job description

Mission Bank is seeking aTreasury Management Associate Tempto join the team! The Treasury Management Associate is responsible for supporting the Treasury Management Officer and Department in various Treasury Management duties including, but not limited to, assisting with implementation and documentation to ensure a smooth onboarding of new banking services and relationships, troubleshooting issues with existing customers and conducting reviews of customer activity and performance. Additionally, this individual will be involved in all phases of customer service and back-office operational workflow within Treasury Management Department. This individual must demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve business issues quickly in a professional manner.

Essential Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

  1. Work directly with frontline Business Bankers to support sales, onboarding and implementation of new treasury customers, and to assist them in troubleshooting existing treasury customer issues to resolution.
  2. Work with back-office Information Systems and Operations to coordinate installation and configuration of treasury services.
  3. Assist the Treasury Manager Officer in training Bank employees on the company's treasury products and services.
  4. Monitor treasury customer activity and perform reviews of risk and activity.
  5. Work closely with Treasury Management Officer and Business Bankers to ensure proper alignment of strategies and credit capacity for all Treasury Services products.
  6. Work on online banking platform support including mobile banking and merchant capture, password resets, callback of setups, troubleshooting issues to resolution, and ordering scanners.
  7. Stay informed regarding changes in treasury products and services and related legal and regulatory requirements.
  8. Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations with Bank personnel and with management.
  9. Assist management in the development of new services or the modification of existing services.
  10. Work with Treasury Management Officer to coordinate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and accurate pricing/billing.
  11. Manage clear expectations and understanding by establishing clear timelines and managing documentation requirements.

Target Compensation: $24 hourly, depending on experience.
