Job description

We are seeking dependable and hardworking team members to join our Tray Pack Department. In this role, you will help fulfill customer orders by safely handling products, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production line operations. This position plays an important role in ensuring safe, high-quality food products are produced while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Tray Pack Production Associate, your responsibilities may include:

  • Repeatedly lifting trays of product weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Carrying, pushing carts, and dumping product into metal trays
  • Shoveling product from bins into trays as needed
  • Following proper lifting techniques and safety procedures to prevent injuries
  • Restacking and orienting empty trays onto pallets
  • Monitoring products for downgrades, contamination, or foreign material and reporting concerns immediately
  • Helping maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assisting on the production line with tasks such as styling and inspecting product when not dumping trays
  • Supporting overall department goals to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
  • No formal education required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive physical tasks
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds
Language Skills
  • Ability to speak English and/or Spanish
  • Ability to read and understand safety rules, instructions, and procedures
  • Ability to complete routine reports and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
