ActionLink is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full Time Temporary Traveling Reset Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will travel to assigned big box electronics retail locations to execute store resets, install and troubleshoot displays, update planograms, and ensure optimal product placement. Your work will help maintain visually appealing and well-organized stores that meet brand standards.
We are a premier provider of retail merchandising services, specializing in the consumer electronics sector. We partner with leading big box electronics retailers to optimize store layouts and product displays, enhancing the customer experience and driving sales.
Duties
  • Travel to assigned big box electronics retail locations to perform store resets and merchandising tasks
  • Implement planograms and schematics to ensure accurate placement of electronic products
  • Collaborate with Project Team Lead to execute merchandising plans
  • Adjust and rearrange product displays to optimize visual appeal and accessibility
  • Ensure all electronic products are properly stocked, priced, and labeled
  • Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies to management
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area during resets
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries from store staff or customers
  • Document and report completed tasks, including before-and-after photos of resets
  • Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines while on-site

What we offer
  • $20.00 - $23.00 hourly rate range plus travel allowances
  • W2 employment with biweekly pay schedule and direct deposit

  • This role is a temporary position designed to address specific project needs that will tentatively last for through November 1, 2026. There is a strong possibility for additional work based on performance and the evolving needs within our teams.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the electronics sector
  • Willingness to travel extensively and accommodate a flexed/open full-time schedule (e.g., late nights, early mornings, weekends as needed)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and move electronic merchandise, fixtures, displays. stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Access to hand tools, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, work gloves, cordless drill and battery charger
  • Access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet
  • Access to a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance
