Builtech is currently seeking a Multi-Family Construction Superintendent ready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities: Supervise total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Develop and manage project schedules. Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance.

Provide technical assistance, i.e. interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, etc. Assist project management in developing and implementing project procedures, management tools, standards, etc

Review submittals for compliance with contract requirements. Ensure all on-site personnel comply with project procedures, work rules, etc. Document all violations, notify project management, recommend/implement corrective actions as required.

Review change order requests prior to submittal to owners. Requirements: Embrace and fully protect our Core Values Integrity, Humility, Trust, Respect, Passion and Courage Minimum of three years of verifiable experience with a resume of three to five successful Multi-Family projects, completed on time with a satisfied owner Ability to oversee 200-300-unit garden style, wood frame, apartment projects Able to read and interpret documents such as architectural drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals Able to manage team of employees Computer Skills: Knowledge and proficiency in the following computer software systems: Procore, Outlook, Excel, Word and Project Must be willing to obtain an OSHA 30 certification Highschool Diploma, GED or Equivalent experience is accepted Willingness to Travel to local projects Valid Drivers License Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) plan with company match Unlimited performance time off (PTO) Company-paid life insurance Quarterly allowance to spend on Builtech clothing, gear or work boots Employee-focused career development programming and leadership training Compensation: $110,000-140,000+++Builtech Services, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
