Position Overview:
As a Traveling Merchandiser, youโ€™ll service multiple retail locationsโ€”and at times beyondโ€”supporting large-scale resets, merchandising initiatives, and store projects. This role requires extensive travel and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong relationships with store leadership.


Key Responsibilities
  • Travel extensively (80โ€“100%), including overnight and multi-state trips
  • Execute merchandising resets, planogram (POG) compliance, and product placement
  • Install fixtures and complete light inventory tasks
  • Capture detailed before-and-after photos of completed work
  • Check and replenish backstock as needed
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies or display issues
  • Communicate professionally with store managers during every visit
  • Submit accurate reports and photos through company mobile apps or systems

Qualifications
  • Previous retail merchandising or reset experience preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays
  • Reliable transportation and valid driverโ€™s license required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret visual instructions and planograms
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible schedule independently
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and reporting tools
