What You'll Do

  • Coach and develop Inventory Associates
  • Follow a clear, consistent workflow
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Travel to retail locations
  • Leads by example and demonstrates the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
  • Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
  • Strong focus and attention to detail
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
  • A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
