  • Own dependable attendance, punctuality, and readiness for the event dates and shifts you commit to work.
  • Own a calm, respectful, customer-service-focused approach when directing guests, checking credentials, monitoring entrances, or enforcing event guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check IDs, apply wristbands, verify credentials, and support age-restricted or access-controlled areas as assigned.
  • Support parking operations by collecting money, directing vehicles, guiding pedestrians, answering basic parking questions, and helping keep traffic moving safely.
  • Work gate check assignments, which may include bag checks, wanding, temperature checks, ticket or credential checks, and other screening tasks based on event requirements.
  • Report concerns, safety issues, rule violations, suspicious activity, medical needs, or guest conflicts to a supervisor promptly and accurately.
  • Follow event-specific post orders, supervisor instructions, client expectations, and Bravo1 Protection policies at all times.
  • Perform other event support duties as assigned based on client needs, event layout, staffing levels, and safety priorities.
