Job Title- EHS Manager

Project Location – Sheboygan, WI onsite

Overview
A leading Tier 1 automotive parts manufacturer in the Sheboygan, WI area is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee environmental, health, and safety programs at their facility. This company has a strong global footprint and offers a stable, long-term career path in a highly respected manufacturing environment.

 Responsibilities

  • Lead all EHS programs, policies, and compliance initiatives in accordance with OSHA, EPA, and state/local regulations
  • Oversee safety audits, inspections, and corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety culture, training, and employee engagement
  • Manage environmental reporting, chemical handling, and sustainability initiatives
  • Collaborate with plant leadership on risk assessments, KPIs, and regulatory compliance
  • Supervise and mentor an EHS team of four employees

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Safety, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations in Wisconsin
  • Hands-on leadership experience in a unionized facility
  • U.S. citizenship required (ITAR compliance)
  • Professional certifications (CSP, CHMM, OSHA 30/4001) highly preferred
